Service Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of Boardwalk Square

checked in online (sitting outside) at 12:45, it told me to be here at 12:49. I went in at 12:50 and was told wait outside I'm in the computer it will be 10 minutes. I'm still sitting outside, it's been an hour now. By the way at 12:45 the online registration said a 15 minute wait. I guess the young guys that keep walking in get moved to the front of the line. It's 2:00 I'm leaving now

I have been taking my boys here for almost a year. Haircuts ok if VERY specific about what you want. Today when checking in i was greeted with such rude service i left and won’t go back. There are a few stylists good with kids but several that aren’t. I feel like if they are rude checking me in they aren’t going to be very patient with children and i would gladly pay double to go somewhere with better service.

Walked in at 1. Not a single person waiting. Their schedule said there were 5 stylists working. Their were 2 guys getting haircuts and 1 guy getting shampoo in the back. Thats it. No one else was there in front of my son and I, and no one else was in front of us on the tracking board. It took until 1:30 for for even one of the girls to finally take my son for a haircut. The girl behind the computer never did a thing. At 1:32 what I assume was the 5th stylist walked in, 32 minutes late, but she never took a client by the time I left at 1:50. The computer girl never moved, and the other two girls weren’t able to finish even 1 cut in the 50 minutes I waited. So I never got my haircut, it was too much for the 5 of them, I guess. They are all lazy as hell. If I owned that franchise I’d fire all their lazy butts!
