Checked in online got to store was happy to see I was next but was overlooked and a guy below me was chosen must be nice to have friends work there anyway will not be returning its drama there online service.

checked in online (sitting outside) at 12:45, it told me to be here at 12:49. I went in at 12:50 and was told wait outside I'm in the computer it will be 10 minutes. I'm still sitting outside, it's been an hour now. By the way at 12:45 the online registration said a 15 minute wait. I guess the young guys that keep walking in get moved to the front of the line. It's 2:00 I'm leaving now

Ive been coming here for a few years now and liz has been my favorite stylist. She's so friendly. Very engaging with conversations. I always get the mvp and she does a great job on the scalp massage. Sometimes im not sure what i want to do with my cut so she'll walk me through it. No matter what direction I go, i always walk out looking and feelin FABULOUS.

I have been taking my boys here for almost a year. Haircuts ok if VERY specific about what you want. Today when checking in i was greeted with such rude service i left and won’t go back. There are a few stylists good with kids but several that aren’t. I feel like if they are rude checking me in they aren’t going to be very patient with children and i would gladly pay double to go somewhere with better service.

I have had my son's hair cut here for years. While it's not always exactly what we want it's been better than most places. This is while his hair is short. If you want a military type cut or a Justin Bieber look you're probably fine. We walked in Sunday and my son had shoulder length hair. We asked for a "trim" and for it to just be "cleaned up". When my 15 year old came back out from having his hair cut he had a short Justin Bieber look. Nothing about it was a trim and it resembled in it no way what we asked for. We asked for a trim and she not only cut it she gave him a style that we did not ask for. He hates Justin Bieber and what's worse is if he doesn't style it like that it looks like a bowl cut. I strongly would no longer recommend if the above two cuts are not what you are looking for. I would also mention our wait was quite long which isn't a problem. The problem is one if the stylists talked incessantly and she talks with her hands. She literally isn't able to do both well at all. She had these poor guys held hostage in her chair while she kept complaining about not passing her boards. Poor guy just kept sitting there smiling while she held her scissors in her had not using them. They must not have a manager on Sunday's. I don't leave many negative reviews but it really was a poor experience all around...........

Walked in at 1. Not a single person waiting. Their schedule said there were 5 stylists working. Their were 2 guys getting haircuts and 1 guy getting shampoo in the back. Thats it. No one else was there in front of my son and I, and no one else was in front of us on the tracking board. It took until 1:30 for for even one of the girls to finally take my son for a haircut. The girl behind the computer never did a thing. At 1:32 what I assume was the 5th stylist walked in, 32 minutes late, but she never took a client by the time I left at 1:50. The computer girl never moved, and the other two girls weren’t able to finish even 1 cut in the 50 minutes I waited. So I never got my haircut, it was too much for the 5 of them, I guess. They are all lazy as hell. If I owned that franchise I’d fire all their lazy butts!

I've been using this location regularly for over 10 years and can't imagine going anywhere else. All the stylists are fantastic! Maranda took care of me during my last visit and did her typical awesome job. Yes, there can be a wait at times but I'll never complain about it. This place is worth it!

I went there last night 4/12/2018 the girl said it was her first day. I asked for my hair to be trimmed on the sides and back which is a 2 guard which is fine! She used a 2 guard on my whole head! I actually can see my scalp in some spots! This is the worst haircut I have ever received I look like I’m in the army with a buzz cut! I can’t even style my hair there isn’t enough there! I don’t know many people that can mess up a men’s haircut but this was horrible to pay for one and two I think she tried covering it up by spiking it up so I wouldn’t notice how short it was! I’m so disappointed! This is like a haircut people get from cost cutters or fantastic sams not sports clips! It’s just sad!
